That all Bills which shall have been committed to one of the said Standing Committees shall, when reported to The House, be proceeded with, as if they had been reported from a Committee of the whole House: Provided, That the provisions of the Standing Order "Consideration of a Bill, as amended" shall not apply to a Bill reported to The House by a Standing Committee.

02 April 1901 Amended

That all Bills which shall have been committed to one of the said Standing Committees shall, when reported to The House, be proceeded with, as if they had been reported from a Committee of the whole House: Provided only, that all Bills reported from a Standing Committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House without question put, unless the Member in charge thereof desire to postpone its consideration or a motion be made to re-commit the Bill.

Bills which have been committed to a standing committee shall, when reported to the House, be proceeded with as if they had been reported from a committee of the whole House: Provided that all bills reported from a standing committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House.

08 March 1971 Amended

Save as provided in Standing Order No. 73 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a standing committee) every bill committed to and reported from a standing committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 51 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.

30 March 1983 Amended

Save as provided in Standing Order No. 78 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a standing committee) every bill committed to and reported from a standing committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 53 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.

12 November 1986 Amended

Save as provided in Standing Order No. 92 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a standing committee) every bill committed to and reported from a standing committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 70 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.

Save as provided in Standing Order No. 92 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a standing committee) every bill committed to and reported from a standing committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 72 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.

Save as provided in Standing Order No. 92 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a general committee) every bill committed to and reported from a public bill committee, whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 72 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.

Save as provided in Standing Order No. 92 (Consideration on report of certain bills by a general committee) every bill committed to and reported from a public bill committee or the Legislative Grand Committee (England), whether amended or not, shall be considered on report by the House, and the provisions of Standing Order No. 72 (Consideration of bill as amended in committee of whole House) shall apply to such consideration.
